On January 3rd, 2024, the Perry Township Board of Trustees passed Home Rule Resolution No. LHR-060-24 to establish right-of-way regulations in Perry Township. Per this resolution, the Road Superintendent may approve or deny applications submitted under the regulations.
Permit applications must be submitted to the Perry Township Road Superintendent before the excavation or construction in the Perry Township right-of-way. There is an application fee of $50.00. This fee will be returned to the applicant if the application is denied. The fee will be waived for Perry Township homeowners replacing sidewalks, driveway aprons, and curbs or other minor installations in front of their individual place of residence.
Pursuant to Section 5571.16 of the Ohio Revised Code, applications must be accompanied by a deposit or bond determined by the Road Superintendent pursuant to the right-of-way and excavation permit guidelines.
All fees must be paid either by check or cash at the Perry Township offices located 7125 Sawmill Rd, Dublin, OH 43016.
