The Swamp Romp is a stream clean-up conservation project. Volunteers will walk the banks of the various streams and creeks of the City to remove debris. Swamp Romp 2017 is the 14th annual stream cleanup project held in conjunction with the City of Upper Arlington, area Scouts, and other conservation-minded volunteers. Franklin Soil & Water Conservation District will be providing an educational program for all volunteers during the event. A continental breakfast will also be provided during the registration hour.
Saturday, May 6th, 2017Schedule of Events:7:30-8:30 a.m. - Registration at the Thompson Park North Shelter House
8:30-9:30 a.m. - Opening and Demonstrations by Franklin Soil & Water Conservation District
9:30 - Issue instructions and assignments, begin stream cleanup operations
11:00 a.m. - Anticipated completion time
