The Perry Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 starting at 6:30 p.m. to consider an appeal of a Stop Work Order issued by the Perry Township Zoning Department related to 3700 W. Henderson Road, Columbus, Ohio, Permit No. 2020-11065. 

Immediately following the BZA hearing, the Perry Township Exterior Property Maintenance Code Appeals Board will hold a Public Hearing to consider an appeal of a Notice of Violation issued by the Perry Township Zoning Department regarding the same property, 3700 W. Henderson Road, Columbus, Ohio.
