The Franklin County Engineer is planning a future development along the south side of Snouffer Road between the CSX Railroad and Snouffer Place. The project will connect the existing Shared Use Path at the CSX rail crossing to the pedestrian crossing at Snouffer Place. The County Engineer's Office began conducting field reconnaissance on April 7.
