On Thursday November 14, the Road Crew will be begin leaf collection on Snouffer Place (#21 on route) in Brookside Estates. The Road department has collected 95 loads of leaves so far this fall.

PLEASE PLACE LEAVES AT THE EDGE OF YOUR YARD, NOT THE GUTTER!!!  Leaves in the gutter cannot be picked up when they are wet and/or it is raining. Leaves placed in the gutter get extra wet and cannot be sucked into the machine. Leaves in the gutter also cause ponding on the road, which can be a very dangerous condition for drivers.

The Road department is out every weekday collecting leaves in the township (weather & leaf quantity permitting). 

Remember to rake the leaves to the EDGE of the yard-NOT into the street!
