Celebrate our wonderful nation and Brookside neighborhood!

The Brookside Civic Association invites you to join us at Brookside Elementary School, 6767 McVey Blvd  for a flag raising ceremony to commemorate Independence Day and give tribute to the United States of America. 

We will host a bike parade for kids (12 and under) to decorate a bike, scooter, or wagon and join in a patriotic parade around the drop off circle.

The Brookside Bake-off will be held at this event as well! Bring a homemade baked

good to enter into the contest. Our Perry Police officers and Worthington Firemen will do

the judging and all will to taste after the judging! Prizes awarded.

After lunch, the kids can enjoy an inflatable slide, a water-balloon toss, and a magician,

“The Great Randini”, who will perform at 1:00pm.

There will also be raffle prizes and gift certificates given away from many generous local

retailers!

social fun with your neighbors!
