Don't forget your zoning permits for any of your zoning projects! Perry Township issues zoning permits for projects such as fences, pools, decks, and porches. It is important to ensure your project complies with the Township's Zoning Code. We also require permits for dumpsters and contractor signs. Homeowners are ultimately responsible for obtaining all permits. Make sure your contractor acquires the necessary permits.
