The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Franklin County, effective until Friday morning. Heavy mixed precipitation of snow and sleet is expected tonight along with ice accumulation

Please refrain parking your vehicles on the street this evening to give our road crew room to plow. The crew will be start early Thursday morning between 3 am and 6 am, and will be out all day as the weather requires. Avoid driving unless it is absolutely necessary due to the dangerous road conditions.
