AEP is continuing the Bethel-Sawmill Transmission Line to improve electric service in the area. They will be upgrading the Linworth substation on Snouffer Rd and replacing the existing tower. This substation connects to the Brookside substation and the greater Bethel-Sawmill Transmission Line.
